The purpose of the VCHA is to encourage the development of, and public interest in, the cutting horse sport through promotion, presentation, and sponsorship of cutting horse contests, teaching clinics, and other events involving the use and exhibition of cutting horses, in an effort to attract new participants to the sport of cutting and the breeding of cutting horses.
